Track Your Package
Need an update on your order? No problem, we have you covered. Simply enter in the tracking number you received via email from The Bathologist when your package was shipped and stay up to date on the package status.

Shipping Policy: Orders are currently estimated to ship from our warehouse within 48 hours, and 24 hours where possible. Shipping estimates are provided at time of order and vary from 2-8 business days typically and are subject to carrier delays out of Bathorium's control. For questions please reach out to info@bathorium.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally! Please check the country you are shipping to for applicable duties and taxes.
Can I use your products in a hot tub or jetted tub?
Our products can be used in jetted tubs but we do recommend using a small amount of product to start and add from there. They are not safe for hot tubs or other filtered water pools.
Are The Bathologist products safe to use when pregnant?
Always check with your doctor to be cleared before bathing during pregnancy.
All of our products are made with high-quality ingredients that are gentle on the skin and are safe for use during pregnancy.
Allergies
The Bathologist does use coconut-based products in several of the product lines.
All ingredients are included on our packaging. If nut ingredients are not found on the label, they are not included in the recipe, however, they may have come in contact with a nut oil in our facility.
Powder products are very hard to control with cross-contamination and we cannot guarantee that the product hasn’t come across another allergen in our facility.
If a customer has an allergy we recommend either abstaining or doing a test patch before use.
How can I use The Bathologist Bath Bombs for more than one bath?
We know our bath bombs are ample in size! If you would prefer to use just half of one we do not recommend trying to break it as the entire bomb will crumble. Instead use as much as you wish in your bath, then dry it to save it for another time!
How many baths does a 907g vs 330g provide?
Use as little or as much as you like, however, we recommend: The Bathologist 907g/32oz Fizzy Bath Soak can be used for 7-8 baths, The Bathologist 330g/12oz Fizzy Bath Soak can be used for 3-4 baths.
